We recognize that resilience is built through access to community support, mental health resources, and faith-based encouragement. Deschutes County Stabilization Center
The Deschutes County Stabilization Center offers 24/7 crisis services for children and adults experiencing mental health challenges.
Services include:
Walk-In Crisis Services – Immediate access to mental health professionals without an appointment.
Short-Term Respite Unit – A voluntary, safe environment for stabilization and recovery.
Crisis Phone Line – 24/7 support at 541-322-7500 ext. 9 or by dialing 988.

Oregon Health Authority (OHA)- Behavioral Health Division
OHA provides statewide mental health and addiction recovery services, working to ensure Oregonians have access to:
Counseling & therapy options for individuals and families.
Addiction recovery services including inpatient and outpatient programs.
Insurance support for those seeking mental health care under Oregon Health Plan (OHP).
Community Outreach and Stabilization Team (COAST)
COAST provides specialized services to individuals facing severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI), helping them regain stability in a community-based setting.
Office of Recovery and Resilience (ORR)
The ORR advocates for mental health recovery and peer-led support services across Oregon. Their work focuses on reducing stigma, expanding community-based programs, and amplifying lived-experience voices to shape policy and improve access to care.
